Tech found furnace operating whilst showing a code of an open pressure switch. The pressure switch IS closed. The pressure switch is closing at .70iwc the inducer motor is pulling 1.35iwc . The unit is operating at this time. An incorrect fault code is indicative of a failing furnace control board. This unit needs a door for the furnace filter that’s under the floor. Unit has T6 Wi-Fi thermostat. Customer needs to be notified tomorrow about warranty status as supply house is closed already.
Tech found furnace satisfying at 74* on the first visit and satisfying again at 71*. No error shown
Price to replace 5 foot section of flue pipe replaced 5 foot section of 4 inch flue pipe.
Upon arrival I found a coil drain pan to have standing water in the basement air furnace. Coil drain pan stopped up where it drains into pvc to the condensate pump. Checked fall, Vacuumed out pan and got crud out of it, and vacuum out drain line and blew out after. Tested it would drain without issues. Condensate pump working and drain line on it isn’t blocked up, all drains flowing again.

After investigating, I found there are no other shutoffs visible in order to return water service to pool house. Meter to pool house is indicating no water usage which implies water line to pool house isn’t leaking or broken. The only possibilities are another shut off that has been buried and forgotten about or the copper line in the ground has been kinked and is not allowing water to pass. Recommend replacement of water line as it would not be cost effective to dig up and trace water lines. Asphalt laid 7/18
NO CHARGE, Part of the line-set was not insulated which was causing it to sweat and water to run some the line hide which cause water to show on the wall. We have insulated the missing part and put the line hide back and is good to go.
Added hard start to outdoor condensing unit per manufacture. No charge first year warranty.
Found compressor out on thermal overload. Shut system down reschedule to come back Monday and check unit. first year warranty. found compressor drawing, locked rotor amps. Will turn back over to Goodman for replacement condenser.

Upon inspection I found bad capacitor. Two filters needed replaced so I picked them up and changed them out. Aprilaire model 213 filters. charged 1lb of 407c to get refrigerant back to good levels and replaced suction side schrader core as it was leaking.
